Disabled account

i have a problem with my iPhone . I can’t doing nothing on my phone there is information that my account is disabled , what I can do in this situation

If your App Store account is disabled then you can only contact Apple Support directly. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach them here: contact Apple Support
