Apple Music artwork not displaying

Hello - on my MacBook Pro, most Apple Music album artwork is not displaying. This started recently I believe with the latest OS upgrade - Big Sur 11.4. The symptoms are that the opening page of any category has the artwork, but if I scroll down, everything is blank. Being a long time Apple Music enthusiast, this is a problem. It makes find music very difficult. I have other music services and they are all fine, so specific to Apple Music. Would very much appreciate if anyone has come across this and has a solution. Thank you

Update: I learned how I could uninstall iTunes with the terminal app - sudo rm -ref iTunes.app/

after which it has resolved the issue. Thank you
