No "Save As" option in Numbers

When I open a numbers document, then make changes, there is no "Save As" option to save the changes under a new name. What's the easiest way to accomplish this?

Push 'Option' when you have the 'File' dropdown open and it changes 'Duplicate' to 'Save as...'

A while back I added a keyboard shortcut for "all applications" for the Save As menu item. If I recall I used the one that was for Duplicate. It is Shift Command S. Save As is now in the menu without having to press Option. Duplicate is still in the menu but no longer has an assigned shortcut on my Mac.
