Not that I am aware of.
Paid, extended, two-year AppleCare+ covers ANY accidental, incidental damages caused by the user.
This include, but is NOT exclusively for just screen damages.
There is NO special coverage just for iPad screens.
The standard, free, limited, one-year AppleCare ( NO + sign ) DOES NOT cover any user damage, but ONLY manufacturing defects and issues.
