Why is my location services toggle inoperable?
I also can NOT access my ‘Location Services ‘ toggle switch.. The whole screen is in a low light dull state of viewing as well s the systems page.. What is wrong with my ipad and how can I solve the issue?

I can’t get location services to turn on. The toggle switch does nothing.
