iPhone 12 Warranty

I have a 256Gb promax iphone 12 phone under warranty. I want to ask about the status of my warranty? When do I get the machine back

serial : F2****D56


The device I bought in Vietnam, used exactly 1 day from the date of purchase, is a faulty device that cannot touch the screen. I send the machine to warranty from 5-12-2021. I asked to change to a new machine, not to repair it. thank you
