How to get rid of activation lock?

I got a second had iPhone from one of my friends and I reset the iPhone I updated it. I connected it to my pc and now they ask for the activation lock. I don't know the apple ID or the password of the previous user. Is there a another way to get rid of this? Please please help me. I will be very grateful for you.

You contact the person you got it from and have them remove the lock.


ONLY the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the activation lock.
