iOS Update

My iPhone doesn’t allow to get iOS 14 or above its on 12.5.3 right now and it says your up to date and there’s no more update so I can’t get the iOS 14 update.How can I fix this?

Yes, there is a reason for it. The iPhone 6 Plus does not have the required hardware (insufficient ram) to update to iOS 13 or 14.
