You do not have permission to open the application

I'm trying to install a driver to setup my copier wirelessly and when i try to open the driver there's an error message:

You do not have permission to open the application “Wireless Setting”.

Contact your computer or network administrator for assistance.

I went to the properties of the file and I tried to authorize myself but it doesn't allow me.

What can I do?
