Unsolicited Calendar entries

Hi

I am getting a lot of messages in calendar saying my phone is compromised by spam and people can get access to my data. They provide a link to update security (not falling for it) how do I stop the messages? Just got another Infected Device recommended update anti virus. Help

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
