2 separate Icloud accounts? (1 personal, 1 business/storing documents)

Good morning,

My small business is using Dropbox to store all its documents on the cloud. I use Icloud to store my personal stuff. Thinking of moving all the business documents on Icloud but I do not want the documents to be seen on all my devices as Icloud is always open/available on all devices, I want a separate account.

Can I have 2 separate Icloud accounts, meaning can I add a 2nd account that I only log into when uploading and downloading business documents?

If yes, how?

You could create a second user account on your Mac and use a different iCloud AppleID with this second user account. Use Family Sharing (What is Family Sharing? - Apple Support) to share the cloud storage and your purchases between both AppleIDs.

While you are signed into your private user account you can access the documents from the business account from the iCloud webpage www.icloud.com and vice versa.

You can also share folders on iCloud Drive between both AppleIDs.

Thank you very much for your answer! Will do.

Going to look for answers on Apple support, but in a few words, how do you automatically sync the daily business documents from my laptop to this 2nd iCloud account? And is it possible to choose what folders to sync (instead of all folders)?
