When trying to reinstall Mac OS. Get error a required download is missing.

Laptop would not boot anymore try to reinstall it by using the command+r on power up but getting error A required download is missing.

I did follow this form earlier and it did not work... When i try over the internet... it keep timing out and i am receiving another error message.


Also it showing over 5000 hours just to complete the install. Any other solution.
