Podcast not accepted because of missing Artwork Image

I can't submit my podcast, because there is an error complaining about a missing artwork image. I double checked checked the image, put it through two validators and it is still not working. It is also accepted by Spotify. Do you have any hint what could be the problem?

A number of people have reported this same issue. There appears to be nothing wrong with your image, but I'm afraid I have no idea why you are seeing the error. I suspect this is another glitch at Podcasts Connect but I have no way of actually knowing what's going on. I can only suggest contating Podcasts Support: Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
