failed to update latest software iOS 14 in iphone 6s 16 GB, i have less space even after deleting all other apps. Need support on this or how to increase the storage...!
The iPhone 6s wasn't made in 16GB models. The best way to clear up storage is to offload photos and videos to iCloud (might require the purchase of a data expansion). As to increasing storage, you cannot do that.
You will need to use iTunes on a computer to complete the update. See the appropriate section at the link below.

Sure it was. 16, 32, 64, and 128GB versions were made.
The 16 and 64GB models were discontinued in September of 2016.
