I'm not sure what you mean by that. Keyboards for Malayalam and similar scripts can usually make lots of different ligature characters by typing the virama/chandrakkala between two consonants, as in the example you asked about. It should be pretty intuitive, but if there is something you cannot find on the keys and also not by using the virama, feel free to ask.
There is also a 3rd party keyboard that may be of interest
