Migrate all Music data from "Music Library.musiclibrary", iTunes Media to iTunes Windows 10

As a DJ I like to have 2 computers with my music on, MacBook Pro and a Studio Win 10 Pro PC.

In the past I have always moved the entire iTunes folder to my PC but this doesn't seem to work anymore on Mac OS Catalina

When I try the same procedure as on El Capitan it loads old .itl files from 2020 I noticed.

Removing the old .itl files do not solve the problem.

After some research I found out Mac Catalina uses a new library for "Music", previously known as iTunes.

Is there any way to migrate this new format to the PC?

I found "Music Library.musiclibrary" via Terminal (/Users/nicolas/Music/Music) but don't know how to set it up for Windows 10?

Looking for a copy paste, conversion solution, no cloud. Thanks!

You should be take a portable iTunes for Windows library (see Make a split library portable - Apple Community) and open it with Music. There is no conversion in the other direction. You might be able to use Home Sharing to copy playlists or recent additions to the library manually from one computer to the other.
