You can't recover / find out the exact old Apple ID password from an iPhone , perhaps can only reset If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

A separate email address can be an apple id say example1@gmail.com that is right now not signed in iPhone , some other mail address say example2@icloud.com or it can an mail address set up with yahoo services , which is an Apple ID is signed in an iPhone .

Its password can be reset on web account .
