health data

I want to delete the existing health data (app) and start all over again.

How can I do this?

How to delete apple health data on one device but leave it on others? I have an old iPhone 5s that I want to use only for music and audiobooks. I realize that Apple will not permit me to delete the health app from this device, which would be the ideal solution. How do I delete health data in iCloud . I turned off the health data in iCloud so that inaccurate data would not affect fitness apps on watch and phone. However, now I want to turn iCloud back on in the health app so that I can share it with other apps. I cannot find a way to delete the health data. I would be very grateful of any help.

Where does apple store health data is it on your own icloud or on apples icloud? Where does apple store health data is it on your own iCloud or on apples iCloud? If I erase my iCloud will the health data get erased? Or is it made the same way as Garmin or Fitbit - saved on their own servers? Thank you
