iphone 10 is not recognizing passcode to use face id
After setting the face id and passcode the lock screen is requesting the passcode for activate face id, but is not recognizing it.

It looks like you're having issues with the passcode on your iPhone. If that's correct, check out this resource.
If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
If you're having issues with Face ID, you'll need to reach out to Apple directly.
