I would like to have visual voicemail I do not have the option on my phone

I tried to look up set my visual voicemail but I do not see this option

iPhone 12, iOS 14

Voice Mail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
