Why is there no Safari browser later version in the App Store

A health portal keeps asking me to update safari browser but I don’t find a new version for my iphone7

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

If you’re on iOS 14.4.2, you’re current, and there are no newer versions of Safari.

And again, Safari is updated with iOS, not with the App Store.

Contact the folks supporting the health portal, as it’s likely they’re already familiar with this bug in their code.

They’ll probably tell you to ignore the message, but that’s a guess.
