Getting a new Apple ID after already having one
My mom and my brothers and I all share her Apple ID. I want to get my own. Would I be able to do that on my own or do I need to bring it to a store? What all would be lost on my phone?

As for getting items from one account to another, that may not be so easy. Here are discussions about ways to do this, but you won't be able to 100%.

Look into using Family Sharing to continue to be able to use items purchased with one Apple ID with other Apple IDs.
