Are you saying the clock hands are lagging behind? Which model is it? Do you have the Wake setting active?

  1. Open the Settings app  on your Apple Watch.
  2. Go to General > Wake Screen, and make sure Wake on Wrist Raise is turned on.

Turn off Theater mode

Swipe up on the watch face to open the control panel

Tap off the 2 faced icon that is orange in colour.

If you mean that the time is lagging with the "Always on" feature, change the face to a digital one instead of the analog. The watch arms do not move unless the face is active.
