  1. When you perform an iOS update procedure, you always download/install the most recent (supported) iOS version (now 14.4.2).
  2. iOS version 11.4.1 is very old, and you might find difficulties in updating wirelessly (via wifi). Should be this case, I suggest that you update it using a computer running iTunes (PC) or iTunes/Finder (Mac).
  3. Depending on your iPhone model, see this list for compatibility.
