Watch won’t turn on or charge

I have tried to do the hard reset holding both buttons down and I have tried multiple chargers and my Apple Watch still won’t turn on. It shouldn’t be in power reserve mode either because I just took it off the charger an hour ago. Can anyone help?

Already went through that article and tried changing chargers, I’ve tried to hold both buttons down to reset it and it’s not doing anything. I put it on the charger and it does not light up whatsoever.
