update operating system on MacBook Air
to put Microsoft Office for Mac on my MacBook Air 2017 I need OS 10.14 or higher. I have High Sierra 10.13.6. System Preferences shows no updates. How can I update to 10.15?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur. They're full-version upgrades and won't appear in the Updates list.
