How long does heart rate need to be above the set high heart rate before a notification appears on my Apple Watch? My rate has momentarily gone over the set high heart rate 2 times and there was no notification on my Apple Watch.

It was during inactivity of greater than 10 minutes...I was still in bed. The photo shows a 153 heart rate sometime around 8:00 a.m. I really don't know how to interpret the graph lines. The 153 appears as a "blip" and I suspect that indicates a very short duration but I am not certain. I felt nothing. I also wonder whether the reading of 153 is accurate. My watch is set to send a notification when my resting heart rate is over 100. If the 153 heart rate only lasted a minute, would a notification be triggered? Does the heart rate have to be above the maximum setting for some minimum period of time before a notification is triggered? Any knowledge you can share will be appreciated. Thanks.
Was it during workout or inactivity? That description is saying this in the details:
If your heart rate remains above or below a chosen beats per minute (BPM) while you appear to have been inactive for a period of 10 minutes, your Apple Watch can notify you..
How does that same graph appear on the iPhone - is it any more detailed and granular there?
This feature is difficult to test and verify, at least for me, since that lowest limit is already at 100 BPM...
I wonder if other users here have some experience of this? It might be good idea to talk to Apple Support about it:
I am regularly getting those low heart rate alerts though, a few every night.
