I cancelled my Apple Music subscription but my account has been deducted again whiles I am not using the App. Why?

How do I get a refund? I was charged for Apple Music I have unsubscribed.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
