Apple logo flashes

I have iphone 12 pro. Apple logo flashes at start and then turn on after 12 to 14 seconds. When I restart the phone. I m facing this since I bought it. Plz anyone can help this

You're welcome. It seems a number of devices displayed that issue, but it is not something to be concerned about, it just drives people crazy seeing it.
