You just gave your user id and password to 7.5 billion people and I hope it will not be there too long. I requested its removal.
That message means it is a perfectly OK password, nobody has compromised you or the site but
Put those two together and you need to choose new passwords for the sites mentioned
Particularly Ashleymadison.com as you just told the whole world
My settings, passwords does not show last accessed date, only password modified date.
Even security warnings
The warnings about compromised passwords do not suggest that you have in any way been compromised or the website you accessed with it was compromised.
Honestly I want to know if you go to password and it shows a website on there that said it was accessed on 10/20/2020 does that mean it’s accurate ?
In other words password may be compromised on xyz site. The person must have gone to that site at one time or another ?
More advice
If you use a password like “Banana” then the chances of it being on a compromised list are high.
If you use “Yell0w-50metre-submar1ne” then it is much stronger to guess and unlikely anyone else used it

Passwords are managed in Keychain which is shared between your Apple devices via iCloud.
That is the normal method of getting them in there but there is a manual (+) method of adding them.
So does that page mean it was 100% a site that was joined?
Yes
Can you tell that this was 100% accessed? Or could it be hacked? Doesn’t make sense. Look on right hand side. I just need to know.
