Not enough storage even after deleting all photos

I was wondering how I can get my storage back even after deleting all my photos and videos. It still says I have all my 5GB of 5GB used which is incorrect. I just need a solution it’s driving me crazy.

Did you restart the phone after deletions? The only way to gain storage space is to delete photos , messages, apps, etc.. Be sure to save important photos and data to your computer or an external drive. Check these links...

Chances are 5GB referees to your iCloud virtual storage (not your iPhone physical storage). If so, see the 'Make more space available in iCloud' section in:
