I couldn’t update my iPad

My iPad is iso10.3.3

its so old, I would like to update it to a new version

If your iPad (most likely an iPad 4th generation) is still running 10.3.3, it means that it cannot support iOS versions beyond the one currently running on it because of hardware (CPU/RAM) incompatibility, sorry.
