Catalina Upgrade...App Store no longer works!

Just had to upgrade to Catalina to use my Turbo Tax on my MacBook. Since doing this, App Store is not loading!!! Not even the customer service reps at Apple to fix it!

ANYONE ABLE TO FIX THIS ISSUE AND IF SO HOW??
