Install Rosetta

from where I can get the rosetta 2 download file to downloaded on my MacBook Air M1 2020

Rosetta 2 does not need to be installed on Big Sur. It is already part of the OS. When you launch an Intel Based Application - the OS will offer to Open the application in Rosetta2. There will be a shot pause as Rosseta2 loads and then the Intel Application will launch. This pause will only happen on the first time launching the App and will load very fast thereafter
