We use this phone for on-call maintenance and one of the techs must have put a password on it but no one is admitting to it. I cannot get into the phone because there is a lock screen password. How do I disable this?

You will need to restore the phone using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here...
