What iPad would you recommend the one have a cellular data

All iPad models are available in two variants - WiFi Only or WiFi+Cellular.

If you have the receipt for your gifted iPad, if purchased directly from Apple, you have 14-days to return the iPad for exchange or refund. Outside of the 14-day returns period, you might consider Trade-in - but you need to be aware that the value will be considerably less than the retail price that was paid. If the iPad is new, you are likely to achieve a far better value is sold privately.
