Importing into Apple Music in lossless format

Is this possible? So far, I can only do this using an MP4 format.

Depends what you mean by "importing."


If you mean buying from the iTunes Store, no. They are all in AAC/256.


If you mean buying from a store that sells lossless downloads, yes. Download the track and add it to your iTunes/Music library.


If you mean ripping from CD, yes. Just adjust your import settings before you do the rip.
