Help fixing startup error:An error occurred with your system extensions"

Every time I restart my M1 MacBook Pro I get this error: "An error occurred with your system extensions during startup..." I've been to the Security Preferences and turned off all extensions and then turned them back on but I still get the notice.

It says extensions need to be "rebuild" before I can use them.

I've tried launching in the Safe Mode, turned off ALL extensions and restarted. Turned everything back on and restarted. Ran First Aid in Disk Utilities.

This is driving me crazy.

What happens when you open Security preferences? Do you see the extension that is being blocked, and is it one you genuinely want enabled?

Just an FYI, do not install extensions from MacPaw, Advanced Mac Cleaner, or MacKeeper, or Zeobit. These will slow your machine down, and are counter the desired result.
