deleting apps

Good day, my iPhone 12 is not giving me the option to delete apps, rather it is just giving me the option to send to app library, what do I do?

Go to settings>general>iPhone storage>select the app>select delete

[If you do not see the delete option go to settings>Screen Time>content & privacy restrictions>iTunes & App Store purchases>delete app - change to allow. ]
