Problems with ID

Hi. I have some problems with my ID. My sister gave me her old iPhone and now she had a new iPhone. I had my Apple ID on the old phone but we have syncing our contacts. My contacts automatically sync to the new iPhone. That’s the problem.

Please, help me to solve this problem.
