Change units from cm to inches in Pages on iPad.

I have a student whose Pages app on their iPad is in metric. I can't seem to find out how to change it to inches. This is an issue when we try to do custom sized documents. Can you help me?

Make sure that the student’s region is set for the United States. Settings>General>Language and Region>Region>United States.
