Pop up virus alert

Lately in my iPhone I have received a pop up saying it’s from Apple and that I have 13 viruses on my device because of adult viewing. To select and run the scan. Is this really from Apple?

No, all such messages are scams from criminals. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics. Do not download anything based on a popup message.
