You did not mention which iPhone you have and you did not mention which iOS version are you using at present. With limited information I recommend that you go to ➔ www.appleid.apple.com and log in with your Apple ID and Password. Once you are logged in then you can change or edit your trusted phone number and also change / edit your trusted devices.
