Hi! Im hoping someone can please tell me how to completely delete unwanted/ unused apps that have been deleted from Home Screen but still want to delete from App Library in hidden apps please? Thanks
Go to Settings>>General >>iPhone Storage Search for the app which you want to delete and tap on it. You will get an option as "Delete App

To the second part of your question: You can hide apps ( Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support ). You cannot delete them from the Purchase History.
