How does one reset WI-FI settings, my phone doesn’t want to connect to WiFi ??

Before resetting, you can also try tapping the (i) next to the Wi-Fi you are connected to and tap on 'forget this network' and try to reconnect that way.
To fully restore (this will reset all network settings) go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
