Control my own volume

I sent it out of my control I would like to know how to find a way to disable the iPhones pre-programmed hearing loss program or algorithm that completely turns my music down I use my iPhone to listen to music without commercials or podcast while I’m driving and it continually turns it down so I cannot hear distracting me while I’m driving it’s not OK with me and so what if I want to listen to music loudly I often Bluetooth with the volume all the way up so that I control the volume through the Bluetooth speakers and or stereo
