How to unpair watch without phone

How do you unpair an Apple Watch without the iPhone?

My daughter updated her phone to a non iPhone and gave me her Apple Watch

i am trying to unpair her watch but I did not know how to proceed without deleting her information from her Apple ID .

please advise
