Keynote Presenter Notes

I am using Keynote 10.3.9 On a MacBook Pro, running Big Sur OS 11.2.1. In trying to set up presenter notes, the instructions say to click on the toolbar and find the little three-box symbol and click on it. Unless I am missing something, it is non existent. I can set up the notes in View and elsewhere, but they show up on the connected display, which I do not want. HELP!!!

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.2

Two things to do:

1 - to move the presenter display to the local computer display, Play the presentation then press the X key on the Keyboard to swap over the presentation and the Presenter display

2 - to change the presenter display layout, go to this item on the Keynote menu bar: Play > Customise Presenter Display
