Scam or not?

I received multiple phone calls on 2/1 & 2/3 with voicemails indicating that before using any Apple devices, I needed to contact "Apple Support Advisor" about a problem with my account. Scam or not?

They're scams. If there's an actual problem with your account, you'll be told when you try logging into your Apple ID or buying iTunes Store content with it.
