I forget my screen time passcode. Tired several times but can’t remember. I need to reset my phone now. What should I do?

start here If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support

if that don't work then do this If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
